Preregistration
Please send first an email to

including all the names of the party interested and room need (single or double) and we will check your place in the list we keep of expressed interest in our tours. After written acceptance, please follow steps down below.'
Also, make sure that you are fit enough to participate in off trail mushroom hunts.
Note we are using an online registration process offered WeTravel.com.
 
First Step - Register

Write an email to Mushroaming expressing your interest in a tour and I will send you personally the link to register for the selected tour via WeTravel webpage.
       

Registration is not guaranteed without deposit or payment.  A partially refundable 600$ deposit with your registration form will secure you a spot until full payment date (see below).

 

Second Step - Registration, Payment & Form
 

Full payment (minus registration deposit if applicable) based on maximum group size pricing is due on the following dates.

Forms

Upon payment a confirmation will be sent, along with relevant information including a questionnaire, a release form and journey specific information, i.e. reading and packing suggestions.

 

Third Step - Final accounting

6 weeks before departure group size is finalized. Prices advertised reflect potential group size.

Single & double room option: single travelers are required to sign up for a single room. If you are interested in sharing a room, let us know and we will inform you if there other participants that have expressed an interest in doubling up. If two single sign ups will agree to share a room we will refund the single room extra. We try to accommodate those wishing to share a double room but this is based on participant numbers. 
(Changes in exchange rates and other uncertainties could change prices, but so far this was never necessary.)


Cancellation & Refund policy:

If we have more registrations than spots available, we will fully refund the registration fee.

Cancellation by participant:
$400 of $600 deposit refunded up to payment in full date (see above).

After payment in full date:

Upon receipt of cancellation notification in writing from participant the following administrative fees apply and will be deducted from refund:

121+ days prior to trip departure $600
120-45 days prior to trip departure $1500
less than 45 days prior to trip departure: no refund
(If you have a change of mind travel insurance, fee is usually 10% of insured trip cost, they would cover cancellation costs)

In the rare case of cancelation by MushRoaming due to insufficient registration, which never happened so far, the full amount of payment will be returned. 

In case the tour can not be conducted due to issues beyond the control of Mushroaming, so called Force Majeure  i.e. civil unrest, earthquake, flooding or a nasty virus/pandemic, we will return all but $300 per registration.

 
Travel insurance
In order to sign up for our journeys participants need to purchase a travel insurance and submit company name and registration number. 
Travel insurance must cover at a minimum medical emergency evacuation and should contain reimbursement when missing connecting flights.
It is highly recommended to have an insurance that also covers trip cancellation due to health or work-related issues (cost is usually 10% of trip value). Best value is offered for these insurances when bought around the same time as tour or flight.
